In the assembly document, display PathFinder.
In the top pane of PathFinder, select the part from which you want to delete a relationship.
Note:
The part highlights in the assembly window and the bottom pane of PathFinder shows the relationships applied to the part you selected.
In the bottom pane of PathFinder, click the relationship you want to delete.
Note:
The faces that were used to apply the relationship highlight in the assembly window to show which relationship will be deleted.
Press the Delete key.
Tip:
You can also use the Delete Relationship command on the shortcut menu to delete an assembly relationship.
You can select the part you want to delete the relationship from in your assembly window or in the top pane of PathFinder.
When you delete a relationship from a part, the symbol in the top pane of Assembly PathFinder changes to show that the part is no longer fully positioned and the part is put on the Error Assistant list.
