You have two simple ways to fit all elements in the active view:
On the status bar at bottom-right of the application window, click Fit: 
.
Double–click the middle mouse button.
Tip:
In the Draft environment, to fit everything within the drawing sheet border but not the drawing sheet itself, hold Shift and then click Fit.
