Reorients the part about the plane or axis of the relationship you select.
You can use this command to reorient a part that has been positioned using an axial align, planar align, mate, parallel, tangent or cam relationship. The other relationships that are applied to the part will affect how the part is reoriented.
Note:
When you select a mate relationship, and click the Flip command, the part is flipped by changing the mate relationship to a planar align relationship.
