A graphical tool used to manipulate a geometric element. A variety of handles are provided in Solid Edge that allow you to manipulate different kinds of geometric elements.

For example, when you select a 2D element such as a line, arc, or circle; handles (A) are displayed at keypoints on the element so you can modify the selected element.
