Intended for drawing review and printing, review mode allows draft documents to open quickly. Model-derived draft-quality drawing views, parts lists, and bend tables are inactive and not linked to model geometry. No out-of-date checking is performed. All 2D geometry is selectable; 3D geometry is not.

You can set a draft document to review mode using the Inactivate Drawing Views for Review option on the Open File dialog box or by choosing Applications→Inactivate Drawing Views when the document is already open.
