Specifies the type of files that are listed in the Document Name column.

Saves changes you have made to properties.  This option is disabled if you use the Property Manager command in Solid Edge. To save your changes, use the Save command on the Application menu. This control is disabled in edit profile mode.

Sends a copy of the active document to a specified plotter, printer, or file. Options are available for defining the printing area, range, number of copies, and other printing characteristics.

Cuts the current selection and pastes it to the Clipboard.

Copies the current selection to the Clipboard.

Inserts the Clipboard contents at the specified insertion point.

Sets all property cells back to the previous values.

Assigns Insight XT-generated values to the properties displayed in the dialog box. This option is only available when working with Insight XT.

Displays the name of the project you are currently working with.

Defines specific properties for each document shown in the Document Name column. Properties are defined in each cell shown in this area of the dialog box.

Creates a new revision of the selected document based on the properties defined in the Revisions dialog box.  The new revised document is created in the URL you define.
