Use the Cut command to cut selected elements or features from the document and places them on the Clipboard. The selected elements or features replace the previous contents of the Clipboard.

When you cut a select set of ordered features, the set must contain a profile-based feature as the primary feature in the set. All other features in the set must be a children of the primary feature.
