When the Select tool is running in the Draft environment, you can choose SmartSelect from the Select command bar to create a selection set from any element you click. Based on the selected element type, SmartSelect searches the active sheet for other elements with similar attributes, such as color or line width. All matching elements are automatically added to the selection set. Now you can make changes to the selected elements all at once. For example, you can:

• Change the color of the yellow lines in a drawing to black, so that they will show up better on a white background.

• Make the text in callouts or dimensions larger and easier to read.
