Choose the Home tab→Tables group→Parts List command

On the drawing sheet, select a part view.
On the Parts List command bar, click the Properties button.
The Parts List Properties dialog box is displayed.
On the Location tab, use one of the following methods to specify where you want to place the table:
To place the table on the current sheet:
Select an option from the Anchor corner list.
Select the Create table on active sheet option.
Select the Enable predefined origin for placement check box.
Edit the sheet coordinates in the X origin and Y origin boxes.
To create a new sheet and place the table on it:
Select an option from the Anchor corner list.
Select the Create new sheets for table option.
Edit the sheet coordinates in the X origin and Y origin boxes to specify where the table anchor point is located on the drawing sheet.
In the Parts List Properties dialog box, select the other options you want to define.

Tip:
You can specify the auto-balloon appearance and text size, and control for duplicate balloons, on the Balloon page (Parts List Properties dialog box).
On the Parts List command bar, click the Place List button 
.
On the active drawing sheet, click to place the parts list.
If you create the table on the active sheet, then you can see the new table when you click.
If you create new sheets for the table, you need to select the newly created table sheet tabs at the bottom of the document to see the new table. The number of table sheets that are created depend upon the maximum table height specified on the General tab.

To produce a parts list that uses the assembly model item numbering schema, select the Use assembly generated item numbers check box on the Options page (Parts List Properties dialog box.
If this option is unavailable, you need to set the Maintain item numbers check box on the Item Numbers page (Solid Edge Options dialog box), in the assembly document.
You can set the Link To Active option 
on the command bar when you want to create multiple parts lists for the same drawing and have them share the same item numbers.
You can change the parts list anchor point before you place the table using the Page Anchor Point option on the General page of the Parts List Properties dialog box. You also can move the parts list later by dragging it to a new location.
You can edit the parts list after you place it. Select the parts list, and then click the Properties button on the command bar.

To display both date and time with the Created, Modified, Accessed or Originated properties, add the following syntax to the property text string on the Columns page: /DT.
Example:
"%{Modified/DT|G}

Your parts list can include document and part properties such as Title, Document Number, Material, Density, and so forth. You can use the File Properties command and the Material Table command on the Application menu in the Part, Sheet Metal, and Assembly environments to define these characteristics. After you have defined the properties, use the Columns tab of the Parts List Properties dialog box to add the columns you want.

You can rename the column headings in your parts list. On the Part List Properties dialog box, on the Columns tab, select the column heading you want to rename in the Columns Used list. Then type the new name in the Title Text box.
